Not sure this one is a super high priority but since data.cdc.gov is totally unavailable…

Digging through that record, it ultimately seems to lead to a web site that serves files off of static.nhtsa.gov which used to be an FTP server.

Fetching all of that now, files are appearing under https://river.styx.org/safeguarding/ as they come in.

I’m not sure I got everything relevant. There’s a bunch of stuff there (about 26GB but a lot of that is videos), but it looks like their web site has been reorganised several times over the years with things moved around.
